One thing I would add: save a dry version of your audio file. This allows us to repurpose our podcasts i.e. use a clip from an interview in our minute program, or mix together a 3-part series into a longer form podcast we use for a premium program, etc. Love this community and how you are bringing us all together! – Mary-Lynn

While I have no real data to prove it, it does seem that when I started sharing listener emails and answering their questions on the show, that the downloads started to increase. We also started asking each week for listeners to spread the words about the podcast. It appears to be working!
